What Do I Get? - What Will It Cost?
This is a non-profit making conference. There will be a charge of up to £35.00 per delegate in order to cover costs. These include:
- morning and afternoon coffee and lunch
- administration and printing
- speakers' expenses
- delegate pack and badge
Any financial balance left after expenses have been covered will be donated to the Haiti Appeal Fund, through the Polam Hall School charitable donations system or returned to individual delegates on request.
Disabled facilities are available on site. Please let us know if you have any special requirements in advance, including dietary needs and we will do our best to meet them.
Free car parking is available on site, but we would ask people to car share as far as possible. Polam Hall is less than 10 minutes walk from Darlington Railway Station, which is on the main East coast line. Directions to the school are available on the Home Page.
A limited number of beds are available at organisers' houses and there are plenty of bed and breakfast and hotel accommodation available locally.
