We are keeping the cost down to enable as many action groups as possible to be represented while still providing a professional conference. The conference is entirely non profit making, any underspend will be donated to the Haiti fund (or returned on request). All speakers are appearing for genuine expenses only (no, not "politician" style expenses!) and the venue, IT support, multi media, public address and printing are being provided free by local sponsors.
